Italian graffiti writer and graphic designer NICO189 has created a nice-looking set of conceptual spray paint cans using colors from the pantone matching colour, which system has been used more and more in adding a graphic design element to fashion and advertising e.g. uniqlo. but its just a concept so i suppose we have to wait to see what comes next.
